The outer rim of this unique island like neighborhood is home to marine business and borders the Fisherman’s Terminal which homes docks for the fishing industry. The purpose of the Magnolia Chamber Of Commerce organization is to enhance and develop a healthy business environment for all businesses and to serve the Magnolia community and its residents convenient quality shopping and service. This non-profit business organization promotes thanking the community for its patronage with sponsored events such as an annual Summerfest and Art Show‚ Auto Show‚ Halloween event for the many children of the neighborhood and the Holiday Open House and Tree Lighting for the entire family.
